Alicia Yu, CFA, is the founder of “Luxe.CO(华丽志)”- China's most authentic and influential business media for luxury, fashion and lifestyle, “Fashion.VC(华丽集)”-No.1 platform to discover and incubate fashion and lifestyle startups, as well as“Orange Bay University(橙湾大学)”-a pioneering institute to revolutionize fashion business and entrepreneurship education, all dedicated to foster the communication and interaction between the forces of fashion, finance and technological innovation. Her team has successfully hosted “InnoBrand Competition”and “Luxe.Co Global Fashion Investment Forum” in the year of 2015 and 2016.
Alicia graduated from University of International Business & Economics with bachelor and master degree in economics, and attended the program in film production at University of Southern California. Before starting Luxe.Co, she worked for two Fortune 500 companies for 20 years in corporate finance.

Jeacy Yan focuses on investment in consumer goods & services, retail and e-commerce. Prior to joining IDG, Jeacy worked at investment banking department of Deutsche Bank Hong Kong Branch where she was involved in many financing transactions of public and private companies. Prior to Deutsche Bank, she worked as bond trader at investment bank department of WestLB New York. Jeacy earned dual M.S. in Industrial Engineering & Management Science and Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University, B.S. in Electrical Engineering and B.A. in Economics from Peking University.
Jeacy Yan has led IDG’s investments in Bosideng International and other Chinese fashion companies. The portfolios of IDG Capital in consumer goods & retail sector include Moncler, EVISU, Gentle Monster, etc..
Joseph Lamastra
Founding Managing Partner of Sandbridge Capital
Mr. Lamastra is a Founding Managing Partner of Sandbridge Capital. Sandbridge Capital is a Private Equity firm specializing in investments within the Consumer Sector. He has also appeared on Bloomberg Television as a guest commentator. Since 1998, he has also served as the President of T Capital Management, LLC, a private investment firm where he is a business and investing partner with Tommy Hilfiger.
Prior to 1998, Mr. Lamastra was a partner and attorney for the law firm Graham Curtin. He specialized in Mergers, Acquisitions, Tax and corporate transactions.
Mr. Lamastra started his career as a Financial Analyst with The Amerivest Group – an Investment Banking firm located New York City. He also worked for Touche Ross & Company (now Deloitte) in its Tax Department concentrating on mergers, acquisitions, real estate, and other corporate transactions.
Mr. Lamastra served on the Villanova University School of Business Dean’s Advisory Board for over six years and now serves on the University’s Provost Board. He has a J.D. degree from Seton Hall Law School and a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University.
Cliff Moskowitz
Co-Founder and President of InterLuxe
Mr. Moskowitz is a co-founder and the President of InterLuxe. Prior to InterLuxe, Mr. Moskowitz was a private equity investor at Harvest Partners and Tailwind Capital. Prior to joining Tailwind, Mr. Moskowitz worked at Bain & Co. and Saunders Karp & Megrue and began his career as an investment banker at The Beacon Group.
Mr. Moskowitz is the founder and Chairman of the Young Professionals Mentoring Program, a non-profit youth mentoring program serving high school students in New York. Mr. Moskowitz has an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and an A.B. in politics cum laude from Princeton University. Mr. Moskowitz lives in Manhattan.
InterLuxe invests in emerging fashion and luxury brands with leading design talent, exceptional product, and a strong customer following. InterLuxe took the controlling stake in Jason Wu in September 2014 and the majority stake in A.L.C. in August 2015.
