Fourth, use the integral stop-city model to develop a consumption chain integrating shopping, commerce, public services, culture and entertainment. Fifth, make the Beijing Capital International Airport and Daxing International Airport into two consumption hubs and strengthen the deployment of duty-free shops and cross-border e-commerce experience shops.
  • First, accelerate urban renewal in the business sector, promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional business districts and traditional shopping malls on a continuous basis, and upgrade a number of distinctive, vibrant and cultural pedestrian streets. Second, create a Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei consumption agglomeration and a two-hour tourism and consumption circle around Beijing.
